MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Grilled Basil Chicken
Categories: Poultry. he, Vegetables
     Yield: 4 servings

     3 tb Red wine vinegar
     3 tb Olive oil
     2 tb Chopped red onion
     2 tb Minced fresh basil
     1 cl Garlic; minced
   1/4 ts (ea) salt & pepper
     4    (6 oz ea) boned, skinned
          - chicken breast halves
          Grilled romaine; opt

 In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the first
 seven ingredients. Add chicken; seal bag and turn to
 coat. Refrigerate 8 hours or overnight.

 Drain chicken, discarding marinade. Grill chicken,
 covered, over medium heat or broil 4 in. from heat 5-7
 minutes on each side. If desired, serve over grilled
 romaine.
