4 Sweet potatoes; cut into
-fries
1/4 c Oil; +1 tb
1/4 ts Salt
1 ts Seasoning
Pre-heat oven to 450 F.
Grease roasting pan with 1 tb oil. Mix fries with 1/4 c oil in big
bowl. Spread in roasting pan. Sprinkle with salt and seasonings. Put
on bottom rack. Flip after 15 minutes. Turn down temperature if
getting too brown but not soft. Bake 30 minutes total.
