     Title: Steamed Fish With Tree Seeds

     Yield: 4 Servings

     1    Whole perch
     1 c  Water
     1 cn Tree seeds; (cordia
          -dichotoma?)
     2    Green onions
     2    Ginger slices

MMMMM--------------------------TOPPING-------------------------------
     1 tb Cooking wine
   1/2 ts Salt
     1 pn White pepper
     1 tb Lard

 Clean fish. Cut open from head to tail along stomach side.

 Rub with topping ingredients except lard. Let stand for 10 minutes.

 Place on plate. Sprinkle with lard and tree seeds. Place green onion
 and sliced ginger on top. Place in rice cooker. Add 1 cup water in
 rice cooker, steam until switch turns off. Remove from rice cooker.
 Remove and discard green onion and ginger. Transfer fish to serving
 platter.
