MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Easy Fish Tacos
Categories: Seafood, Breads, Herbs, Vegetables
     Yield: 4 servings

   1/2 c  Mayonnaise
     1 tb Lime juice
     2 ts Milk
     1 lg Egg
     1 ts Water
   1/3 c  Dry bread crumbs
     2 tb Salt-free lemon-pepper
          - seasoning
     1 lb Mahi mahi or cod fillets; in
          - 1" strips
     4    (6") corn tortillas; warmed

MMMMM--------------------------TOPPINGS-------------------------------
     1 c  Coleslaw mix
     2 md Tomatoes; chopped
     1 c  Shredded Mexican cheese
          Blend
     1 tb Minced fresh cilantro

 For sauce, in a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, lime juice
 and milk; refrigerate until serving.

 In a shallow bowl, whisk together egg and water. In
 another shallow bowl, toss bread crumbs with lemon
 pepper. Dip fish in egg mixture, then in crumb mixture,
 patting to help coating adhere.

 Place a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
 Add fish; cook 2-4 minutes per side or until golden
 brown and fish just begins to flake easily with a fork.
 Serve in tortillas with toppings and sauce.
