MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Caesar Orange Roughy
Categories: Five, Seafood, Cheese, Breads
     Yield: 8 servings

     8    (4 oz ea) orange roughy
          - fillets
     1 c  Creamy Caesar salad
          - dressing
     2 c  Crushed butter-flavored
          - (Ritz) crackers (about 50
          - crackers)
     1 c  Shredded Cheddar cheese

 Set oven @ 400ºF/205ºC.

 Place fillets in an ungreased 13" X 9" baking dish.
 Drizzle with salad dressing; sprinkle with crushed
 crackers.

 Bake, uncovered, 10 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake
 until fish flakes easily with a fork and cheese is
 melted, 3-5 minutes longer.
