Total time about 25 minutes, prep and all.

Serve over rice, pasta or home made egg noodles.

6 normal servings. 3 Uncle Dirty Dave servings.

NOTES: This is a quick and tasty little pork dish I like
a lot. It makes up well with most any kind of preserves
I have tried with it except my grandmother's watermelon
 rind preserves.

Modified: 17 May 2015 to add tomatoes w/chilies, onion
and bell pepper and increase yield to six servings.
Well received as served w/penne rigati.

Served with pride from Uncle Dirty Dave's Kitchen since
 July 1993.
