1 Fish
2 cl Garlic; minced
1 Chili pepper; diced
1/4 Onion; cut into thin slices
1/4 c Cilantro; chopped
1/2 Lemon; juice and zest of

2 tb Rice wine
2 tb Cooking oil
Salt
Clean the fish, cut open at the belly so the fish can be pressed flat
into one layer. Add salt and rice wine on fish. Steam on a plate in
rice cooker or steamer until cooked.
Squeeze and zest the lemon.
Heat up a wok and add the oil, then add the minced garlic, chili
pepper, onion and stir fry until fragrant, finally add a little salt
to season. Add lemon juice and zest to form a sweet and tangy sauce.
Place the steamed fish on a serving plate. Sprinkle over the chopped
cilantro. Pour the lemon sauce on top.
