     Title: Citrus Spice Plantain Foil Pack
Categories: Plantains
     Yield: 2 Servings

     5    Plantains; sliced
     2    Blood oranges; sliced
     1 ts Cinnamon
     1 ts Nutmeg
     1 ts Ginger
     2 ts Allspice
   1/2 c  Agave nectar
   1/2 c  Brown sugar
   1/2 c  Butter

 Later plantains and oranges in foil and season with spices and brown
 sugar. Drizzle with agave nectar and top with butter cubes.

 Tightly seal foil pack and grill for 10 minutes per side, flipping
 packet very carefully.
