1 Cabbage
1 ts Marjoram
1 ts Fennel seed
1 ts Salt
2 tb Vegetable oil
2 c Water
I based this recipe on the spices that might go into Polish sausage.
Cut heart out of cabbage. Cut cabbage into strips. Cut strips into
squares. Put it all in a stew pot. Cover and cook on medium-high for
20 to 25 minutes. For red cabbage, cook for 30 to 40 minutes.
