Hi Dave,
DD> As I have long said - Money won't but you love. But it will buy bacon.
RH> Seems like more money is needed to buy less bacon these days.
DD> As I told a custormer the other day - "Only two rhings go down these
DD> days. Your pay packet and your left, front tyre." Bv)=
Probably a few other things but not many.
RH> things, including some Swedish chocolate--see how it compares to
RH> others, including some from Aldi.
DD> ALDI's Moser-Roth chocolates are obne of the better premiums on the
DD> markey.
RH> We've bought them ever since Aldi moved into WF, some 10 or 12 years
RH> ago. Got some in the camper freezer now.
DD> Never lasts long enough around here to freeze it. I remember awaking a
DD> fair number of folks here on the choice chocolates from ALDI. That's a
DD> plasce wehere having the USDA Establi9shment Number Database on the
DD> smarty-pants phone comes in handy.
We brought some with us on the trip. The weather finally turned cold and
wet today after being quite hot in TX and AX, not quite so in UT but
hot enough to melt chocolate. Tastes just as good cold or doesn't take
long to warm up.
DD> I've been experiencing the joys of being 81 - not least of which are
DD> from the COPD and Emphysema that heve been there, in the background -
DD> watiting. I rather wish they were still waitiing. Especially since I
DD> am quite sure that they are caused by my cavalier treatment of this
DD> body when I was a younger person and still 'KNEW IT ALL". Bv(=
RH> Sounds like no fun. I've been fighting an asthma flare up caused by
RH> several factors but excacerbated by younger daughter's dusty house and
RH> (at least) 6 cats plus the same number of dogs, which were, thankfully
RH> kept outside whenever we were over. Good thing I brought an extra
RH> albuterol inhaler with me; I will probably need it before we get home.
DD> My doctor tells me that the Albuterol is a "rescue" implement. I was
DD> having a problem the other day even w/5 litres og oxygen from the
DD> portable generator but the inhaler brought the numberd up 15 to 20
DD> points very quickly.
Yes, I call it my "American Express". Being around animals (especially
long haired) and significant amounts of dust will kick in the need for
help several times a day until I get away from the triggers. Then the
need will decrease, eventually getting to the point where I don't need
albuterol--until the next triggers. Trouble is, the lungs are so scarred
up that it doesn't take that much to set off an attack.
DD> Enjoy the rest of your trip ..........

We're going to be in southern UT this week end, camping just about under
the path of totality. Will start heading east after the week end,
tentativly getting back home before the next week end.
