Hi Dave,

RH> The old what used to be called "candy bar" phones--pre smart phones.

DD> I remeber those. A lot like my land-line wireless handset.

Yes, but usually smaller. I don't like the way phones have gotten
bigger--my hands are small so holding something like an I-phone actually
hurts them because of the stretch. When we goe me a new phone, I have to
see how well it fits my hand before I OK it.

RH> I try to tie the craft into the lesson, which today was on hiding God's
RH> Word in your heart. The craft was 2 posterboard hearts, one with the
RH> memory verse on, the other with the scripture about hiding His Word in
RH> your heart. Kids peeled & stuck those onto the hearts, then decorated
RH> them with markers. Holes were punched in the "humps" of the hearts; we
RH> ran a string thru the holes and tied it off so the hearts could be hung
RH> on a door knob or whatever.

DD> I am in no way "religious" but aren't you supposed to "proclaim the
DD> word of .... " rather than hide its light under a bushel?  Bv)+

Psalm 119:11  Thy Word have I hid in my heart that I might not sin
against Thee. But, yes, His Word is also to be proclaimed.

DD> I think "hold" or "keep" rather than "hide" would be more appropriate.

Depends on the version you read, old KJV used "hide", ESV says "stored
up"--pays your money, takes your choice.

DD>       Title: Church's Fried Chicken
DD>  Categories: Poultry, Herbs
DD>       Yield: 4 Servings

Last summer, coming from the 4 Corners to the Phoenix area, we stopped
in a small town in AZ for supper, decided to do Church's. Doors were
locked but they let us in when they saw the camper wouldn't fit under
the drive thru bar. Turned out they only did drive thru but made an
exception for us. First time we'd had Church's chicken since before
Steve went into the Army--and no jalapeno pepper with it.
