4 c Water or stock from cooking
-beans
2 tb Tomato paste
2 Carrots; chopped
4 tb Miso paste; any variety, up
-to 5
1 Stick celery; diced
Salt and pepper to taste
Simmer all ingredients together and, when carrots are tender, blend
in an electric blender. Return to pan, re-heat and serve.
