Sadly, it's probably a thing of the past for the echo. We (Steve and I)
are probably the most logical choice for hosting another one but I'm
afraid the number of participants would be even fewer than the last one.
We could travel to one, but again, the hosting of one by another
participant is probably not very likely.

That does look good. Have you made it again or does this remind you that
you intend to make it again? (G) I usually don't buy taco seasoning,
have made my own with a mix of dried peppers (powders or flakes), cumin,
a bit of powdered orange peel, pinch of salt and whatever else strikes
my fancy from my spice cabinet.
