I've not had a heart attack as such. But I do have a fine collection
of arterial stents and a cardiac pacemaker.

Someone asked my if I'd retire if I hit the lottery. I told him I'd
probably still work at least part-time to have something to do.People
who just vegetate after retirement seem to die sooner than those who
are busy and interested in something. I think they probably die of sheer
boredom.

If I ever make this recipe I'll, no doubt, add some Italian sausage in
as a meat component.

MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Weeknight Lazy Lasagna
Categories: Five, Pasta, Cheese, Sauces
     Yield: 6 servings

     8 oz Uncooked lasagna noodles;
          - broken in 2" pieces
     1 c  Ricotta cheese
     1 c  Shredded mozzarella cheese;
          - divided
   1/3 c  Grated Parmesan cheese
    24 oz Jar pasta sauce w/meat

 Set oven @ 400-|F/205-|C.

 Cook lasagna noodles according to package directions.
 Meanwhile, in a large bowl, mix ricotta cheese, 1/2 cup
 mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese. Drain noodles
 well; stir into cheese mixture.

 Spread 1 cup pasta sauce into a greased 11" X 7" baking
 dish. Layer with half of the noodle mixture and 1 cup
 sauce; layer with the remaining noodle mixture and
 sauce. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.

 Cover with greased foil; bake until heated through,
 10-15 minutes.
