1 1/2 c Uncooked cheese tortellini
3/4 c Chicken broth
1 c Heavy cream
1/2 ts Minced garlic
1/2 c Cooked, chopped thick-cut
- bacon
1/2 c Frozen peas
1/2 c Shredded Parmesan cheese
To the Instant Pot, add tortellini, broth, cream,
garlic, and bacon. Do not stir.
Close the lid; turn the knob to Sealing.
Press Manual or Pressure Cook button and adjust time
to 5 minutes.
When the timer beeps, allow 5 minutes to naturally
release the pressure, then remove the lid.
Stir in peas, then stir until coated, then add
Parmesan.
Plate, garnish w/Parmesan, season w/pepper and dig in.
