2 tb Olive oil
1 Clove garlic; crushed
1 cn (28 oz) tomato puree
1 ts Dried marjoram
1 ts Dried basil
Salt and fresh ground
-pepper; to taste
Ready in: 45 minutes
Over medium heat, heat oil in a saucepan until hot. Add all
ingredients, cover and bring to a boil. Uncover, lower heat and allow
to simmer for 30 minutes.
