MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Pac-Man Brussels Sprouts
Categories: Five, Vegetables, Novelty
     Yield: 4 servings

    18 oz Brussels sprouts
          Extra-virgin olive oil
3 cl Garlic; smashed, skin left on

 Set oven @ 375ºF/190ºC.

Using a paring knife, cut the brussels spouts in half,
and then cut out the core of each. This allows the
leaves to separate a bit while cooking and get nice and
 crispy.

Toss the sprouts with a bit of olive oil, spread on a
baking sheet along with the smashed garlic cloves and
sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake 20 minutes or so,
until nice and golden. And crispy.
