15 oz Can chicken broth
2 tb (ea) oyster sauce, soy sauce
Salt & pepper
2 tb Cornstarch
+=DISSOLVED IN+=
1/2 c Water (8 tb)
To prepare the egg fu yung sauce, bring the chicken
broth to a boil. Stir in the seasonings, and broth
with the cornstarch and water mixture. Keep warm on
low heat while making the egg fu yung.
