I was being facetious. As I am an omnivore I look on veganism as some
sort of cultish aberration. Whist I sometimes eat vegetable meals most
of my foods involve some form of animal or animal by-product. Mostly
because they are tasty.

MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Deep Fried Spotted Owl
Categories: Game, Vegetables, Herbs
     Yield: 4 Servings

     2    Spotted owls; plucked,
          - cleaned, cut up
     2    Unfertilized ostrich eggs
          +=OR=+
    12 lg Chicken eggs
     2 c  Cornmeal
     2 c  Sifted all-purpose flour
   1/4 c  Garlic powder
   1/4 c  Onion powder
     2 tb Sweet paprika; for colour
          Enough oil to cook the meat
          Salt & pepper

 Cut Owls in serving pieces.

 Beat eggs

 Heat oil to 325ºF/165ºC.

 Combine cornmeal, flour, and all seasonings with eggs.

 Dip owl pieces in egg, roll in the batter - repeat.

 Fry until they float!

 Serve with your favourite dipping sauce.
