Here's one you can make at home. I'd suggest adding some pickled jalapenos.
Sliced or diced (minced) for a really stellar taste experience.

     Title: Baked Potato Chip Nachos
Categories: Five, Appetisers, Potatoes, Cheese
     Yield: 6 Servings

     6 lg Potatoes; peeled, thin
          - sliced
     2 tb Olive oil
     1 tb Salt
     1 c  Shredded Cheddar cheese

 Set oven to 425-|F/218-|C.

 Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.

 Spread potato slices out on baking sheet. Coat with olive
 oil and salt.

 Bake potatoes in the preheated oven until tops are golden
 and edges are crispy, 15 to 20 minutes.

 Layer baked potatoes with Cheddar cheese; continue baking
 until cheese is melted, 5 to 10 minutes.
