MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Italian Style Nachos
Categories: Five, Sauces, Mushrooms, Cheese, Chilies
     Yield: 6 servings

     8 oz Bag tortilla chips
     1 c  Spaghetti sauce
     4 oz Can mushroom pieces & stems;
          - drained, patted dry
   1/2 ts Crushed red pepper
     2 oz Shredded mozzarella cheese

 Set oven @ 425ºF/218ºC.

 Place tortilla chips on a 12-inch pizza pan or a large
 rimmed baking sheet. Pour spaghetti sauce evenly over
 chips, then place mushroom pieces over sauce. Sprinkle
 with crushed red pepper then cheese.

 Bake 4 to 6 minutes or until cheese has melted. Serve
 immediately.
