MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Creamy Kohlrabi Soup
Categories: Vegetables, Potatoes
     Yield: 4 servings

   650 g  Kohlrabi
   500 ml Vegetable stock
     2 md Potatoes; peeled, diced
     1 md Onion; chopped
          Salt & pepper
          Grated cheese; garnish
          Fried onion; garnish

 In a pot, add a little oil and cook chopped onion until
 translucent. Add chopped potatoes, kohlrabi, stock, salt
 & pepper and cook until veggies are soft. Then blend the
 soup with hand blender. Serve and enjoy
