Title: Prawn Shell Snack

10 Prawn/shrimp shells
3 tb Oil
Salt
Wash the prawn shells well.
Pan fry the prawn shells over medium heat until the
water is absorbed.
When the water is gone, add the oil and cook over a
low-medium heat until a good aroma is detected.
Remove the prawn shells from the oil, season with salt
and you're done!
The oil from cooking the prawns can be used to add the
prawn aroma to the dish.
