MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Spicy Orange Pork
Categories: Pork, Latino, Fruits
     Yield: 3 Servings

1 lb Lean pork; in 1/2" cubes
1 pk Old El Paso or Ortega Taco
          - Seasoning Mix
     8 oz Salsa
     6 oz Jar orange marmalade
          Oil
     4 oz Can chopped green chilies;
          - opt

Coat the pork cubes with the taco seasoning and brown in a
little oil in a 10" cast iron skillet. Add salsa and
marmalade and stir until well mixed. Lower heat to simmer
and cover. Simmer gently for 15 minutes. Total time about
25 minutes. Serve over rice, pasta or home made egg
 noodles.

4 normal servings. 2 Uncle Dirty Dave servings.

NOTES: This is a quick and tasty little pork dish I like
a lot. It makes up well with almost any kind of preserves
I have tried with it except my grandmother's watermelon
 rind preserves.

Served with pride from Uncle Dirty Dave's Kitchen since
 July 1993.
