Title: Impossibly Easy Cheeseburger Pie

Yield: 6 servings
1 lb Ground beef
1/2 c Chopped onion
1/3 c Ketchup
1 tb Sweet relish
1/2 ts Salt
6 oz Shredded sharp Cheddar
- cheese
3/4 c Biscuit baking mix
1 c Milk
2 lg Eggs
Set oven @ 400+|F/205+|C.
Coat a 9" glass pie plate with cooking spray.
In a large skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat
8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until beef is
brown; drain. Stir in ketchup, relish, and salt. Spread
evenly into prepared pie plate, then sprinkle with
cheese.
In a small bowl, stir remaining ingredients with wire
whisk until blended. Pour over top.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes, or until knife inserted in center
comes out clean.
