It's hard to catch offenders unless an officer of the law is nearby.
We've seen a lot of offenders. Our Lowe's (hardware) has several spots
for military (active and retired) reserved; one day Steve wanted to use
one but they were all full. He parked nearby, saw a young man going to
his vehicle in one of the spots so asked him what branch of the military
he served in. Young man replied that he hadn't served, took one of those
spots because it was convenient. Same principle, unless someone is there
to monitor, it's an honor system.

We've seen that, sometimes wondered if mom was inside, shopping but
figured more likely it was an offender.
It has been some years since I bought liver, maybe I will again, once I
can do the cooking. Hoping to give up the hand brace next week and also
start flexing the knee (right now, just very minor bending, so I don't
tear the tendon the patella is attached to) more.
