The brand name of the German sauerkraut, pickle and relish maker is
Kuehne and lots of Canadian grocers carry it including the Loblaws
and Sobey's groups of stores. Maybe not every single store but lots
of them.

MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: SFI's Ultimate Ham Sandwich
Categories: Australian, Ham, Sandwiches
     Yield: 11 Servings

   750 g  Australian leg ham
     3 tb Mustard pickle
   100 ml Mayonnaise
          Ground black pepper
     1    Loaf bread; your choice

 In a blender coarsely mince together ham with mustard pickle.
 Place mixture in a bowl and fold in mayonnaise and pepper to taste.
 Lightly butter bread and spread a generous amount of the ham
 mixture onto each slice, then top with another tightly buttered slice
 of bread. Cut off all the crusts then cut each sandwich into three
 fingers and serve.

 Makes 33 fingers.
