     Title: George Foreman Grilled Catfish

     Yield: 4 servings

     2 lb Catfish filets
          Seasoned salt (Adolph's, Mrs
          - Dash)
          Lemon pepper
          Olive oil

 Heat grill for about 2 minutes. In a large bowl, place
 fillets and season with salt, and lemon pepper. Coat
 generously with olive oil. Sprinkle a bit more lemon
 pepper. Place on grill and let cook for about ten
 minutes.
