Here's my go-to:

MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Pork Roast Seasoning
Categories: Spices, Herbs
     Yield: 3 tablespoons

     1 ts Kosher salt
   1/2 ts ground black pepper
 1 1/2 ts Onion powder
 1 1/2 ts Garlic powder
   1/2 ts Ground mustard
   1/2 ts Lemon pepper
     1 ts Paprika
   1/2 ts Dried thyme leaves
     1 ts Brown sugar *

 Add ingredients to a small bowl; stir to combine.

 Use in your favorite pork roast recipe

 NOTES: Used successfully on pork loin, pork butt
 and pork chops. UDD
