Day 2, I tested positive. I was sure that I would. Neither of us have
had really critical symptoms. Gail has had a bit of diarea -- a listed
side effect of the special medicine doctor gave her. My legs got more
wobbly than usual.

So far we have not seen the need to use any supplimental foods from the
frig or freeze. The real problem is that our wake-up schedule does not
sync well with their times for giving dinner choices.
These days, this recipe as stated makes more than four servings. I'd
guess between six and eight.
2 lb Cubed stew meat
-1 inch cube
2 cn Golden Mushroom Soup
-10.75 oz cans
1 c Rough cut diced onions
1/2 ts Garlic powder
8 oz Fresh sliced mushrooms
2 tb Worceshire sauce
1/2 c Water
8 oz Neuchatel cream cheese
Combine meat, soup, onion, worcestershire sauce and water. Mix well,
Stir in mushrooms.
Cook on Low setting for 8 hours or on High setting for about 5 hours.
(I Used 6 quart crockpot - took 5 hours on High)
Half hour before serving, remove one cup of the sauce from crockpot,
mix with the cream cheese to totally incorporate the cream cheese
into the sauce. Place combined sauce back in the crockpot, mix well
and turn crockpot down to low for remaining half hour.
Serve with noodles.
Tested 3/21/06 - Will do again.
Reheated very well in Microwave.
