Hi Shawn,
RH> kits at home, will send them in with Steve each night for someone else
RH> to supervise. They're all ones that can be done in 15 minutes or less,
RH> only one requiring glue (sticks).
SH> That's okay you are still prepairing the kits. I'm sure whoever they
SH> find to supervise will do a good job.
Turns out that Steve will be filling in for me. Of course the class
teachers will help, and I had a youth assistant lined up already. She
will be making the teaching sample each night before the kids come in,
handing out kits, tying knots in hanger cords, and be an over all
wherever is needed helper. I'll need to brief Steve on the way I do a
class as he's usually been helping in other areas and not observed my
start to finish proceedure.
RH> gone for the toddler or baby as the smalls had about 5 twists. They
RH> were good, but glad we didn't get the larger size. The other ones we
RH> got were more reasonalby sized. A maple creemee, BTW, is soft serve
SH> Nice! I'd want the baby size for sure.
That is more than satisfying for most people. I think that in the 3
years we didn't go to VT, someone reorganised the sizing of the
creemees, making them more standardised across the state. We didn't
recall seeing some of the sizes and what we got as small, used to be
more of a medium.
RH> (usually vanilla) ice cream with maple syrup mixed in. Some places are
RH> better than others, depends on the % of fat in the milk and
RH> grade/amount of maple syrup used. It's a goodie we look forward to on
RH> our mission trips to VT.
SH> Sounds good. I'll admit I looked up what they were after your last
SH> message.
Got your mouth watering? (G) There's a soft serve ice cream place in WF
that has maple as one of their flavors but they're nothing near what we
get in VT.
RH> chocolate outlet. We did stop at the latter also, and got a bit over a
RH> pound of assorted seconds (dark, caramel, mint and one other) to bring
RH> home. That should hold us for a bit. (G)
SH> A little bit anyway. lol
I'm holding off on having any more than the one I had in VT until I get
to feeling better; I want to enjoy it. Looking back, I realised I've
been fighting this bronchitis/crud since January; hopefully this round
of antibiotics and steroids, with rest, will knock it out for good.

Catch you later,
