FYI, one of the major USA systems had been down for about three days,
and just got his computer fixed.  That might have had an effect on your
messages, but in any case your message got here now.


MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.05

     Title: Peach Crisp***
Categories: Dessert, Easy
     Yield: 6 Servings

MMMMM------------------------FRUIT LAYER-----------------------------
     3 c  Fresh peaches, peeled-sliced
     1 tb Lemon juice
   1/4 ts Vanilla

MMMMM--------------------------TOPPING-------------------------------
     1 c  Sugar
     1 c  Flour
   1/2 ts Salt
     1 lg Egg, beaten
     6 tb Butter, melted

 Preheat oven to 375.  Butter a 10 x 6 baking dish. Place peaches on
 bottom of dish.  Sprinkle with lemon juice and extract.

 Mix dry ingredients.  Add beaten egg and mix with fork or hands until
 mixture is crumbly.  Srinkle evenly over peaches.

 Drizzle melted butter over topping.

 Bake 45 minutes or until topping is light brown.

 Topping is crisp the first day, softens up for leftovers.
