See above - it's entertainment not "education". It shouldn't require
"concentration" (an early Hugh Downs TeeVee game show).

Living on a busy thoroughfare I use radio as "white noise".

Dogpatch USA is/was located in NW Arkansas south of Branson, MO. The
originator of Dogpatch, Al Capp, never specified a location for his
mythical town - and I had always thought it would most likely be in
Eastern Kentucky/West Virginia.

     Title: Li'l Abner's Pork Chops
Categories: Five, Pork, Vegetables, Citrus
     Yield: 4 Servings

     4    (6 - 8 oz ea) pork chops;
          - bone-in or boneless
     1 lg Onions; peeled, thick sliced
     4 sl Lemon
          Ketchup
          Brown sugar

 Place the chops needed on a baking sheet sprayed with
 non-stick spray.

 Top each chop with a slice of onion, a slice of lemon,
 a dollop of ketchup and a sprinkle of brown sugar.

 Bake in a 350°F/175°C oven until done. Sbout 45 min.
