I have also seen that.  Technically, that use is "off label".  They have
a sign on the rollator that it is not to be used like a wheel chair.
OTOH, I can understand people doing it as their best temporary option
when the owner of the rollator gets worse.

Unfortunately, we no longer have George in our living abode.

MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.05

     Title: Grilled Tandorri Chicken
Categories: Tested, Grill, Indian
     Yield: 2 Servings

    12 oz Boneless ckn breast
     1 c  Plain yogurt
     2 tb Lemon juice
     2 tb Lime juice
     1 tb Tandoori maasala
   1/4 ts Salt
   1/2 ts Black pepper
     1 tb Coriander powder
     1 tb Cumin powder
     1 tb Garlic paste
     1 tb Ginger paste
     1 ts Olive oil

Ensure chicken is clean and all skin and fat removed.

If necessary, gently pound pieces of chicken to get a uniform
thickness. If necessary, cut meat into equal pieces to make it fit on
 grill.

Cut deep grooves into the chicken but not all the way through. This
will help the marinade absorb easily.

Mix all ingredients together and coat the chicken making sure the mix
is into all the grooves.  Place in small flat container, cover with
plastic wrap and place in fridge over night or at least 30 minutes or
 a couple of hours.

Place chicken pieces on a slightly greased Foreman Grill, total
cooking time needed approx 7 minutes.  Check inside temp is 170 with
 thermometer.

Variation on Signature recipe from Healthy/Indian recipies.

Tested 3/20/16.  Nice tandorri flavor. No need to try for grill marks,
some will appear on both sides at once.
