This place was built as condo's. Here's some diagrams of the units.
I have a Phase 2 D Unit, although mine is a mirror image without the

I'm in the West wing, which isn't shown in the photo but basically
would be further up the picture, the gray part of the building is the
beginning of it. Prices run about $200 a square foot, however the unit
across the hall sold for $250. Empty units don't last long around
here, usually they empty out, get refurbished and about a week or so
later they're sold. I've talked to people who pre-bid for where
they're at now, knowing the previous owner was going to move. In
December I'll get an opportunity to pay the mortgage off, some kind of
loan before that didn't have a way to do that. So I'll be debt free
again, when I retired in 2002 we paid off the house mortgage about 3
months later.

Ahhh...those are what I call walkers, quite a few around here. I
looked in the little room up the hall and there's what you call a
"walker" leaning against the wall for the taking. Realized the room
is a trash dump from before the building of the West wing. It has one
of those handicap electric openers for when peoples hands are tied up
carrying trash. There's a chute to built into the wall. About 10
yards further west in the newer wing there's a room where you walk in
and there's a waist high wall with an open dumpster on the floor below,
which is what I use. Strong fans, that start when you open the door,
vent to the outside and remove all the odors.
Odd thing about this place...when I moved in I couldn't figure out why
the streets a few blocks away seemed to be at an angle. I was looking
at the googlemap and realized...the city is laid out on a grid based
on "True North", whereas the building foundation was laid down based
on "Magnetic North".
