MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Cheddar Herb Potatoes
Categories: Potatoes, Herbs, Cheese, Vegetables, Dairy
     Yield: 6 servings

     3 lg Idaho potatoes; washed,
          - peeled
     3    Fresh basil leaves; fine
          - chopped
     2    Fresh chive blades; fine
          - chopped
     1    Sprig rosemary; fine
          - chopped
10 3/4 oz Can cream of mushroom soup
   1/2 c  Milk
     3 tb Butter
   1/2 sm White onion
     1 c  Shredded sharp Cheddar;
          - divided
          Salt

 Set oven @ 350ºF/175ºC.

 Coat a 9" x 13" baking dish with cooking spray.

 Slice potatoes 1/3" thick. In a large bowl, combine
 herbs, soup, milk, butter, onion, and 3/4 cup cheese.

 Line bottom of prepared baking dish with half the
 potatoes. Sprinkle with salt, then pour half the soup
 mixture over. Repeat layers. Sprinkle remaining cheese
 evenly over top.

 Bake covered 45 minutes, then uncover and bake 10 to 15
 additional minutes, or until potatoes are fork-tender.
