You're not the target audience. Nor am I. We know that sugar is plant
based. Unlike chemical sweeteners which come out of a test tube or a

Removal of the pancreas is *NOT* a cure. A cure puts the cancer into
remission.

     Title: Martin Oswald's Walnut Burger
Categories: Vegetables, Nuts, Chilies, Curry, Herbs
     Yield: 3 servings

     1 c  White beans; pureed
   1/2 c  Pan steamed shiitake
          - mushrooms; sliced
   1/2 c  Steamed onion; diced
     1 cl Garlic; steamed
   1/4 c  Steamed leeks; diced
   1/2 c  Steamed carrots; diced
   1/2 c  Walnut pieces; raw
     1 tb Sunflower seeds
   1/2 c  Steamed kale; chopped
   1/4 c  Parsley; chopped
     1 tb Coriander; ground
     1 tb Madras curry
     1 pn Cayenne
     2 tb Ground flaxseed
     1 tb Cornstarch

 Combine all dry ingredients and spices. Add dry
 ingredients to bean puree, form patties.

 NOTE: Keep the bean puree as dry as possible. Dry
 vegetables completely before adding them to the bean
 puree.

 The ingredients of this burger include important cancer
 fighting phytonutrients.
