All of the above

Classic situation with a question, and a list of answers to choose.

 A. ...
 B. ...
 C. ...
 D. None of the above
 E. All of the above

And now I start wondering: should "None of the above" be listed *BELOW* "All
of the above"?

 D. All of the above
 E. None of the above

Because, you see, if "All of the above" is below "None of the above", it would
mean "A and B and C and (not A) and (not B) and (not C)" which is never true.

So if you're teaching logic, and you feel in a bastard mood, consider adding
a question like the following to your test:

 A) ...
 B) ...
 C) ...
 D) none of the above
 E) all of the above
 D) ________________________ (specify)

Where the correct answer is "A and B and C" (or anything equivalent)
