What made it bad is the fact that my day job required
me to spend it in a very boring way.
Due to technicality I won't delve into, I spent an
awful lot of time in modifying configuration files,
waiting for continuous integration, investigating about
failures with a high probability of finding just the
evidence of a false positive.
While this is not techinically difficult, the complete
lack of creativity, and the fact that a shell script
would have easily replaced my operations, bought me in
a situation of despair.
Anyway, it is over. And if anything, next time (it is
a periodic thing) it would be hopefully easier.
