Gopher Proxy for Opera 12 |

The legacy versions of Opera (9 ... 12) can be configured to use a proxy |
|
for Gopher servers. Set a Gopher proxy by following these steps: |
|
|
|
1. Open Opera 12 and type "opera:config" into the address field. |
|
|
|
2. Go to the "Proxy" section or type "Gopher" into the search field. |
|
|
|
3. Enter "mindloop.net:8080" for the "Gopher server" field and enabl |
|
the "Use GOPHER" checkbox. You may need to restart the browser. |
|
|
|
You can then open any Gopher site, like gopher://gopher.floodgap.com. |
