In looking at my logs here I see some requests for an echo, WIKILEAKS. It's
not found here in this echo - did my system eat something? or is it started
elsewhere and not on the echolist, or backbone?

I know Thom is having ISP problems right now, is that the problem?
I also know it's not mandatory that an echo be elisted, but if its not, it
doesn't help people who are too busy to check their darn logs every day :)
It would be nice if people would let others know what they are doing? <grin>
