That does not mean it will survive another in the future if it goes another 1
plus years of zero traffic.
We cannot expect sysops to spend countless hours setting up and maintaining
bulletin board systems with a roster of perpetually dead echoes, such was the
case for the echoes now listed in BACKBONE.DST.
NHL will be transferred to the NA file on Sunday.
