Well, as I've said, I have Vonage on both my lines, and while I've not made
outgoing calls to other bbs's, I have freq'd a couple of files from others and
have connected via 31.2 and 33.6 calling out, and I do have a couple of
users calling in and getting the same connect speeds. I also have annother
user that gets 28.8 ever time. Now thats not to say other voice over IP
providers don't have issues, but a few years back I also had Knology cable
TV/Internet/Phone and didnt have any issues either. The difference with
Knology tho is that I didn't have a phone modem like with Vonage.
