I am going to pick nits here...
I reviewed the echolist submissions you forwarded here, all of them say direct
pickup from you in contrast to adding them to a backbone.
Your echolist submissions imply private distribution as opposed to public
distribution.
Therefore I am going to hold off until you can update these listings and
clarify?
As you do so, it might be wise to include in the DESCription whether or not
that echo is going to be "entangled" with an outside network such as
newsgroups?
I believe we will utilize a separate backbone (BACKBONE.INT) to denote echoes
such as yours which you seem to be trying to rescue. This will afford systems
an ability to distinguish said echoes up to and including avoidance of them for
reasons that have already been expressed.
I await clarification and resubmission of your requests.
