A request to remove was sent at the same time to z1_backbone,
z1backbone (seems it doesn't exist anymore), wwb_tech and the
echolist. These 3 echos (like many others) had zero msgs in
more than one year.
The WWB.SYSOP.DRUNK had been also removed from WWB on Jun/07.
