I followed the same steps. (Btw, the exactly the *same* config
destination is provided within Outlook 2007.)

Still, pulling in mail (pop3) still doesn't work when I enable
SSL + 995.  It only comes in when I untick the SSL, but leaving
port 995 is still ok.

However.. there are no problems when I use an old Thunderbird
with pop3 = SSL/995 and smtp = SSL/495.
