No normal person sits there and debugs website code to the level you are
describing unless they are being paid a handsome salary.
The scenario you are worried about just doesn't happen. Even if it were to
happen, you would likely find out about it on the news first. If you were to
be hit with malware chances are your computer would exhibit tell-tale signs,
not your bank accounts.
If you are that paranoid about browser security, then piece together a
seperate dedicated system to browse the web with which has absolutely no
personal files whatsoever, no saved passwords, no access to any network shares
or devices etc.
