Outlook 2010 is much better than WLM.
Fyi...to import contacts into the Win10 for use in the Win10 Mail app you'll ne
ed to have at least one syncable email address
account setup that uses the People app since the People app(the app that manage
s contacts) only works with online accounts, unlike
the Mail app which supports POP3, IMAP, EAS, and Exchange account protocols.
Contacts can be added to the Win10 People app by:
a. adding a syncable account(s) - e.g. Outlook/Live/Hotmail/MSn.com or Office36
5 or Exchange, Google/Gmail, Yahoo, or iCloud.
b. importing contacts from csv via the web UI People app for the respective Mic
rosoft account
c. manually adding contacts(one at a time) in the Win10 People app.
