I see no reason for such apps, since the only thing that works
reasonably well on my Win10 machines is the boot-up time. They
boot almost as fast as my Win2k machines. Of course, I can get to work
immediately after booting those, whereas it's anybody's guess as to when
the Win10s will be done with their updates and other background
nonsense. ;-)
