       He's saying the license for the site you keep posting about
expired in 2015. It was probably a 10 year lease, and the previous
owner did not bother to renew. No, you didn't "take it down", it
expired.
       It was abandoned in 2011 (YOU posted the archive.org links
showing NO updates since 2011), hacked, and now hosts malware.
       Since you made it clear that you know that (YOU even posted a
Google report), YOU are helping to spread that malware.
